Video: Scope Management in Different Project Management Methodologies

Scope management is the process of identifying, defining, and controlling the outputs, outcomes, and benefits. The term 'scope' is used in project management to refer to the whole of outputs, outcomes, and benefits, as well as the effort required to create them.

The creation of the backlog, the qualities of a good backlog item, how we will build velocity or throughput, how we will assess burn-down against the backlog, and how we will deal with modifications to the backlog are all covered in an Agile Scope Management Plan.
