“A Single Conversation with an accomplished Human is equivalent of years of mere study”- This was the dominant feeling I came with after hosting fireside chat with Ravi Nookala. Ravi Nookala aside from being an inspiring leader/CEO is also a friend and a guide . Our fireside chat covered myriad of topics at a greater depth from Emerging Trends, Glentel's Unique Value Proposition , Project Management perspectives & model adopted in Glentel, Career Journey and tips/advice for the aspiring leaders. Ravi addressed the questions eloquently and with conviction . I can imagine how inspiring his colleagues must be feeling everyday in dealing with a visionary like him. In particular, I loved “ TROPHI” value concept that propels high performance. Ravi Nookala , if you can comment on that, it would be impactful.
